III. Responsibility for Unauthorized Transactions and Fraudulent Activities

If any of the above statements are false, or if the buyer is involved in any of the following activities:

• Forging or impersonating another person's identity in any form to complete payment.

Then all legal liability, criminal liability, and civil compensation liability shall be borne by the individual who actually engaged in the aforementioned fraudulent activities, and this store shall not be held responsible. This store shall not bear any compensation liability for any losses caused by the aforementioned fraudulent activities.

IV. Rights Reserved by This Store

This store reserves the following rights:

• To cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.

V. Chargeback Dispute Terms

If a buyer initiates a dispute (Chargeback) through their bank or credit card company, this store will endeavor to provide transaction records, shipping proofs, and relevant documents to the payment institution. If, after investigation, it is determined to be a malicious claim or an abuse of the dispute mechanism, this store reserves the right to seek recovery from the buyer for all of the following losses:

• Chargeback administrative fees and penalties imposed by the payment institution.
• Time, labor, and related administrative costs incurred by this store in handling the dispute.
• Losses caused by account freezing or business interruption due to the dispute.
• Losses to this store's reputation caused by malicious claims.
• All other direct or indirect costs and losses resulting from the aforementioned fraudulent activities.

VI. Buyer's Final Statement

By submitting an order, the buyer declares that the person placing the order is the legal holder or an authorized user of the payment account, that this purchase is a legitimate transaction conducted voluntarily and with full legal capacity by the buyer, and that they are willing to bear all legal and financial responsibilities for any false declarations or unauthorized fraudulent transactions.
